He comes with a wealth of over 32 years of professional experience in Food and Beverage processing and trading business with a passionate understanding of great food and industry needs. His acute business acumen and understanding of customer expectations and trends underlies all decision making frequently taking him across continents.

His industry leading ideas and product knowledge ensures customer perception is fully met in our product development exercises.

As a Chef he has built his career over a professional qualification backed with sound industry experience in hotels, catering and manufacturing.

A strong understanding of supply chain, process and quality control reinforces the Pavilion ethos. His customer-centric approach with commercial aptitude and team nurturing abilities adds value to the business and our customers.

The Pavilion Food factory, Dubai is a fully HACCP and codex Alementarius CAC/rcp-1969, Rev.3 certified state of the art 20,000 sqft facility, maintaining GMP standards.

Besides a professional team of Chefs and Production Assistants, we also support our customers with dedicated teams of in house Preventive Maintenance Microbiology and Food Safety Compliance.
